As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri). If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, the typical handling time following the placement of your order is 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Outside the USA
We do not ship outside the USA, with some exceptions. If the website allows you to check out and enter your shipping address, your order will be processed. Certain products are also available in Canada.

Shipping Options
Free Curbside Pickup: Our base shipping option is always free. Delivery transit typically takes 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is submitted. The total estimated delivery time (including handling time and transit time) is 6-10 business days (Mon-Fri)
Threshold Shipping: The item will be delivered to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all boxes and packaging from your home.
